Puhoi Valley Matakana Waxed Blue is a spicy, sweet and fruity blue cheese covered in a black wax. The wax creates optimal conditions for the development of its sweet and fruity flavour. The wax also helps retain moisture in the cheese, creating a smooth and creamy texture.
