Caramel & White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
Philadelphia cream cheese at room temp
Unsalted butter at room temp
Sifted icing sugar
Puhoi Valley Caramel & White Chocolate milk
- In a mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add in the 2 cups of icing sugar, vanilla and the milk.
- Mix for another 2 mins until smooth, if the mixture requires more milk then add it as you need it.
- It should be thick enough to scoop and smear all over an 8 or 9 inch cake. Enjoy!
