Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta is a Danish - style Feta with a very smooth but slightly crumbly texture. It is mild and creamy in flavour which is further enhanced by the salty tang that is typical of Feta.
Delicious straight from the fridge in salads or as part of an antipasto platter. Alternatively, use as an ingredient in quiches and pies. This cheese is a family meal favourite.
