Puhoi Valley Half & Half
Golden raisins and pistachio nuts, chopped
- Place all ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan and bring up to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the rice and quinoa is soft and creamy.
- Serve topped with golden raisins and chopped pistachio nuts. Pour over extra Puhoi Valley milk if needed.
