toasted walnuts, roughtly chopped
thyme, leaves removed, optional
- Preheat the oven to Grill. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread the toasted sourdough slices with the Puhoi Valley Chèvre Style Goat’s Cheese, placing on the tray as you go.
- Place under the grill and grill until hot.
- Drizzle over the honey and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Scatter with the thyme leaves, if using.
